APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be made daily by emailing vainviolets@gmail.com. Currently we are scheduling Wednesday and Saturday appointments only.

CANCELLATIONS

Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made with Check, Cash or through Venmo at this time.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in your service charge. Gratuity is at the clients’ discretion.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Transportation fees are included in the cost of the service. For services outside our location perimeters a $25.00 surcharge will apply.

LOCATION

We currently service all of the Wilmington, Hockessin and the Newark area. We will also travel to Glen Mills, Chaddsford, Kennett Square and West Chester with no additional travel surcharges. If you are not sure about your area please email vainviolets@gmail.com for further information.

MINIMUM BOOKING

Minimum booking amount for all in-home appointments is $100.00

REFUSAL OF SERVICES

We are at liberty to refuse services if we determine a situation to be inappropriate or uncomfortable.

FEELING UNDER THE WEATHER

Please reschedule your appointment if you have a cold or any other contagious illness. It is GREATLY appreciated.

SET-UP

Before set-up begins for your appointment, we ask that ALL pets and small children be removed from the area of service for safety and liability reasons.
