Amanda has been immersed in the beauty industry for more than15 years. Growing up she was always meticulous about her skin and constantly pursuing what the next “best” product was on the market.

After graduating from the University of Delaware with her Sociology Degree she decided to pursue a career in Esthetics which brought her to New York City. She received her training from Atelier Esthetique and has also attended advanced courses at The Dermal Institute.

After graduating Amanda moved to Washington, DC and became part of a successful and renown skin care team at Celadon Spa located in downtown D.C. Amanda built a sizeable book of business at this bustling downtown oasis, who caters to a demanding, high-profile clientele. After 13 years of city living Amanda decided to move back up north to Wilmington, DE where she has started her own mobile beauty company, Vain Violets, there she brings sophisticated skincare and waxing services into the comfort of your home.
